• What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. For international clients outside of Singapore and Malaysia, eligible loose diamonds may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below. Custom ring settings are strictly non-returnable. Diamonds that are custom grown or specially sourced to order are non-returnable. The 30-day return policy applies only to in-stock loose diamonds that were not custom produced. All returned items must be in original purchase condition and accompanied by the original certificate(s).

1. Custom ring settings
2. Engraved jewellery items
3. Custom grown or made-to-order diamonds
4. Diamonds purchased under upgrade programs
5. Diamonds returned without their original certificate

• How should I arrange a return?

Please contact us prior to returning any item. For security reasons, JANNPAUL will arrange the insured return shipment and provide the necessary shipping label and packing instructions. Return shipping and full insurance charges will be borne by the customer and will be communicated in advance. JANNPAUL is not liable for items that are returned without using our arranged insured courier service.


• How long does it take to process a return?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, processing will take approximately 4-5 working days. For credit card refunds, the final timeline will depend on your bank’s processing time.
