We provide free carrier services to Singapore. All of our international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority. Your order will be securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office

Your order will only be shipped after it passes our quality inspection. All of our jewellery and diamond rings will be shipped in one to three weeks, depending on the availability and design. If you require your jewellery or diamond ring to be shipped at an earlier date, please contact our concierge at sales@jannpaul.com

－ Insures and registers all items for their full value
－ Uses only FedEx International Priority services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages
－ Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address
－ Disallows delivery to P.O Box addresses
－ Requires an adult to sign for the package
－ Allows for an alternative shipping address
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +65 67332925. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by JANNPAUL. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of receipt of your order. JANNPAUL will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
